Responsibilities:

1. Inventory analysis: Ensure the accuracy of inventory valuation by analyzing data, explaining trends and variances, and collaborating with other departments to reflect financial data correctly in ERP.
2. Management reporting: Prepare internal and external reports, providing insights into financial status, focusing on inventory and COGS performance.
3. Process improvement: Identify, recommend, and implement improvements to enhance inventory and COGS accuracy and efficiency.
4. Performance tracking: Establish KPIs and monitor progress to meet company objectives regarding inventory and COGS.
5. Financial statements review: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Who we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
• 2-4 years of experience in Controlling or FP&A
• Strong knowledge of accounting and controlling
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power Query, Power
  BI, or Tableau is a plus
• Hands-on mentality, analytical thinking,
  - solving skills
• Excellent English communication skills
• Willingness to learn, flexible, resilient
