About the role

What you'll do
- Provide financial analysis and accounting support to a specific division or product, including P&L analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Support the development of financial forecast models to assist senior management in
- making, business steering, and executing the Group's
- term strategy. - Ensure that business units' financial activities comply with standards and that project results meet quality, schedule, and cost requirements.
- Monitor the firm's performance and provide evidence to support schedule changes, sales incentives, cost adjustments, or resource changes.
- Participate in strategic projects to improve revenue and cost management, as well as internal and external reporting.
- Enhance regional/segment profitability and support financial results presentations and reporting.
- Analyze financial data to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Prepare financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Implement best practices for revenue recognition and financial control.
What you'll need
- Financial acumen with knowledge of planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis; 2-3 years of experience in strategic consulting or controlling preferred.
- Mathematical background with experience in capital/liquidity requirements and Treasury/Trading analytics in financial institutions is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data and derive actionable insights.
- Strategic planning ability to align financial strategies with business goals.
- Attention to detail for accurate financial reporting and analysis.
- Business partnering skills to collaborate across departments and influence decisions.
- Proficiency with financial software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools (SQL, Python, etc. ).
- Effective communication skills to convey financial insights clearly.
- Problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop solutions.
- Leadership and adaptability to lead initiatives in a dynamic environment.
