About the job

As a Financial Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring the financial health and accuracy of Biocol Labs. You will be responsible for financial reporting, payments, and data analysis to support strategic
- making. Working closely with the Finance Manager and external accountants, you’ll gain
- on experience in financial processes, compliance, and budget forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with financial reporting, payments, and analysis to support
  - wide decisions.
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist in

  - end close processes.
• Manage invoice reconciliation and payment control, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Act as the main liaison with external accounting teams, ensuring smooth financial operations.
• Support budget forecasting and financial planning by providing
  - driven insights.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and best practices.

  What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience
  • Strong Excel skills and analytical mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • High attention to detail and
    - solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese

    Nice-to-Have Skills

    Experience with accounting systems and invoice reconciliation.
    Background in a
    - up or e
    Commerce environment.
