? We’re looking for a Financial Controller (Lisboa)

Who We're Looking For:

• We are looking for a Capital Senior Auditor to join in a Finance Second Line of Defense team in Lisbon.
• This role supports the Capital Stream Leader in overseeing the permanent control framework related to prudential requirements (Basel IV, CRR3, ICAAP, COREP).

✅ Professional Experience & Technical Skills:

• Maintain and update the Capital Generic Control Library.
• Support 1Lo
  D and 2Lo
  D Finance teams in understanding and applying control procedures.
• Coordinate the certification process across divisions and business lines.
• Report on the quality and effectiveness of the control framework.
• Define and execute
  - based 2Lo
  D testing campaigns on capital reporting controls.
• Follow up on recommendations from internal/external audits and regulators.
• Contribute to internal and external inspections related to Capital reporting.

Skills:

• Proven experience in audit or control, ideally in the banking or financial sector.
• Strong accounting and analytical skills.
• Excellent organization and communication abilities.
• Critical thinking and attention to detail.
