Overview
Our client is seeking a motivated, dynamic, and hardworking Financial Controller with 3–5 years of experience to support their expanding international operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys taking ownership, and can confidently partner with senior stakeholders across a growing technology organisation.
You will play a key role in ensuring financial stability, accuracy, and transparency while contributing to the strategic financial direction of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage month‑end and year‑end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across multiple business units.
- Maintain and improve financial controls, processes, and compliance standards.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses for senior management.
- Support cash‑flow planning, cost analysis, and margin optimisation initiatives.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory stakeholders as required.
- Partner closely with operational teams to provide financial insight and support decision‑making.
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure accurate reconciliation.
- Assist with financial planning for ongoing and upcoming projects within the telecommunications/ICT domain.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years’ experience in financial controlling, accounting, or similar finance roles.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting principles, accounting standards, and internal controls.
- Experience working in a telecommunications, ICT, or technology‑driven environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly.
- High level of proficiency in Excel and modern financial tools (ERP systems, BI tools, etc. ).
- Business‑fluent English is essential; German language skills are advantageous.
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Motivated, dynamic, and hardworking with a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving.
- Ability to travel to Germany once per month for meetings at the client’s headquarters.

Financial Administrative Assistant
We’re looking for a Financial Administrative Assistant to help us keep our financial operations running smoothly. You’ll work closely with the person currently responsible for this area, learning and gradually taking on more responsibilities in processes like invoicing, cost control, and payroll support.

What you’ll be doing
- Issuing invoices and following up on client payments
- Supporting our monthly payroll process, in collaboration with our accounting team
- Monitoring costs and updating internal management reports
- Assisting in the preparation of financial and operational reports
- Working closely with project managers and our admin team to keep everything aligned and clear
What we’re looking for
- Background in Accounting, Management or a similar area
- Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
- Discreet, trustworthy, and responsible profile
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow quickly
- Experience with Primavera
- Basic experience with SAP
- Intermediate level of Spanish
