Your responsibilities and impact as Financial Customer Support will be:

Providing
- class technical and customer support

Assisting customers with their
- related queries via email or phone

Performing additional administrative tasks linked to financial operations

Coordinating office activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies

Creating and updating databases with financial, personnel, and customer information

Working daily in a multicultural team environment with colleagues from all over the world

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

Native level of French (mandatory)

Good written skills in French with attention to detail

A motivated, reliable, and committed attitude

Team spirit and willingness to collaborate with colleagues from different nationalities

An interest in finance and customer service

A background in sales, customer service, or credit recovery is a plus

EU Citizenship or a valid Portuguese work permit is required

What’s in it for you?

Contract type: Permanent contract

Working hours: Monday to Saturday, rotating shifts between 8 AM and 6 PM

Compensation package:

€890 gross/month x 14 months

Up to €100/month performance bonus

Meal vouchers of €7. 23/workday

Reimbursement of some transport costs

Relocation package for international candidates:

Reimbursement (up to €400) of initial flight ticket after 4 months with the company

4 months of accommodation in a shared flat provided by the company (rental fee to pay)
