Financial Customer Support Specialist
We are expanding our international Customer Experience team and looking for motivated professionals to join us in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients via chat, phone, and email — providing fast, accurate, and empathetic solutions. Your role will be essential in resolving inquiries, managing complaints, supporting investigations, and identifying customer needs with professionalism and clarity.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver timely and effective support through multiple channels (chat, phone, email).
- Handle and resolve complex cases from start to finish.
- Assist in investigation processes and dispute resolution.
- Support and guide customers in vulnerable situations.
- Share expertise and contribute to team learning and development.
- Adapt to evolving business needs in a
- paced environment.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in English (C1/C2 – mandatory).
- Minimum 12 months' experience in customer service, banking, finance, or insurance.
- Previous professional experience in Ireland (or another English-speaking environment) is highly valued.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and

- Solid digital literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
