Position

We are looking for a Financial Data Administrator to join an international team in the financial sector. The role involves managing and ensuring the quality of financial data, supporting business processes, and interacting with internal stakeholders and market data providers.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage workflows, third parties, and portfolios in the data repository, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requests.
• Collect and validate financial data from providers (e. g. , Bloomberg, Reuters, Morning Star) and ensure timely availability for business applications.
• Perform data quality and integrity controls, contributing to continuous improvement of processes and reporting.
• Support stakeholders by delivering accurate reports and ensuring alignment with operational risk and regulatory frameworks.

Skills – Must Have

• Proven experience in data management (ideally financial/asset data).
• Strong Excel skills.
• Understanding of data quality control and related processes.
• Professional level English (C1) and French (B2 or above).

Skills – Nice to Have

• Experience with market data providers (Bloomberg, Reuters, Morning Star).
• Knowledge of asset management / financial markets and Middle Office processes.
• Familiarity with data-related regulatory frameworks and operational risk concepts.
• Awareness of Agile culture.

Working model

• Hybrid working model (2 times per week at the office) in Porto
