We are looking for a seasoned finance professional to lead the financial operations and strategic development of a growing organization. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring financial stability, optimizing business performance, and supporting

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial management processes, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the organization's objectives and growth plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, and audit requirements.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary finance team, fostering efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Partner with executive management to evaluate investment opportunities and business risks.
• Drive process automation and performance optimization across finance and operations.
• Provide clear,

What We're Looking For

• An overall of around 20 years of professional experience, with solid exposure to finance leadership and management.
• Proven ability to manage financial planning, control, and business transformation projects.
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset, coupled with operational pragmatism.
• Experience in managing teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative leadership approach.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
