Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all financial operations, including accounting, treasury, reconciliations, and monthly closing processes.
• Coordinate the preparation of mandatory financial reports, including those required by the SRIJ.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, internal/external audits, and all applicable legal obligations.
• Develop and monitor the company’s annual budget, ensuring cost control and financial optimization.
• Produce detailed financial reports for management, including performance analysis,
  - flow, and forecasting.
• Oversee payment methods, transactional costs, fees, and performance of the PSPs used by Moosh.
• Support strategic decisions with robust financial insights and key indicators.
• Implement and uphold internal financial policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and control.
• Lead and develop the finance team, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the Payments & AML, Operations, and Product teams to ensure consistent and reliable financial data.

Requisitos

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial management, ideally within digital companies or the i
  Gaming sector.
• Knowledge of Portuguese accounting standards (SNC) and tax practices.
• Experience with advanced financial reporting and KPI analysis.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and strategic thinking.
• Excellent organisation, autonomy, and
  - making capabilities.
• Proficiency with financial tools and advanced Excel skills.
• Good command of English.
• Familiarity with SRIJ requirements and
  - market specificities (valued).
