XTB is an international brokerage company that is rapidly growing and expanding its presence in branches across Europe and worldwide.

We are looking for a passionate Research and Financial Market Analyst to be a part of our PT team! The ideal candidate for that position is someone who is passionate about investing and financial markets and enjoys creating content in the area of finance and investing, is very accurate and timely and likes to analyse information and has the ability to turn complex financial topics into clear, engaging content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct
  - depth financial analysis across various asset classes.
• Write market commentary, articles, and reports for both internal and external audiences.
• Translating and localizing English content for the Portuguese market.
• Host live webinars on financial topics.
• Represent the company in TV interviews or financial news segments and collaborate with media outlets to ensure consistent and positive brand exposure.
• Respond to media inquiries, provide expert insights and support PR initiatives, including drafting press releases and managing media relations.
• Deliver educational courses and training sessions to clients.
• Speak at industry events, conferences, and seminars as a company representative.

Requirements

Experience and Qualifications:

• University degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Fluency in English.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in financial markets, with
  - on trading experience.
• Strong knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis.
• Up-to-date awareness of market trends, macroeconomic developments, and global financial events.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Passion for financial markets,
  - driven, and eager to continuously develop professionally
