Responsibilities

• Work as part of Europe AP and AR team
• Produce, issue and post sales invoices in line with group policy
• Process, code and seek approval for AP invoices
• Post, match and reconcile all payments and receipts
• Assist with overdue follow‑up and maintain accurate AR records
• Process expense reports
• Support ad‑hoc projects related to operational improvement, system changes and supplier relationships
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing

Requirements

Must Have

• 2‑3 years of experience in a similar role, primarily focusing on AP and AR
• Proven experience working with Spanish, French or Portuguese teams
• English proficiency with strong financial terminology usage
• Experience or familiarity using MS Suite; good Excel or Google Spreadsheets skills required
• Finely tuned communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders across EMEA
• Self‑starter and growth mentality to hit the ground running, solution‑driven and comfortable with large‑scale cross‑functional challenges
• Interest and ambition to harness Financial Ops expertise in the Enterprise Consulting sector

Good to have

• Familiarity with Dynamics and/or Salesforce
• Ability to speak other languages is a bonus (e. g. Portuguese, French, Spanish or German)
• Previous experience in consulting and/or Professional Service industry is desirable
• Good grasp or exposure to Automation, Intelligent Automation and Agentic AI solutions is a bonus
