Customer Support Specialist – Banking & Financial Services
We're expanding our international Customer Experience team and looking for motivated,

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients via chat, phone, and email. Your mission is to provide accurate, empathetic, and timely assistance, while contributing to the overall quality of the customer experience.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support across chat, phone, and email channels.
- Own and manage complex cases from initial contact to final resolution.
- Assist in investigations and handle dispute resolution processes with precision.
- Support customers in sensitive situations with empathy, professionalism, and discretion.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, process optimization, and overall team success.
- Adapt quickly to the evolving demands of the financial services industry.
Your Profile
- Fluency in English (C1/C2) – mandatory .
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, banking, finance, or insurance.
- Previous experience living, studying, or working in Ireland or another English-speaking country is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a
