Job Purpose
This position is situated within the Business Management and Transformation Division, an operational function of the Global Marketing Unit, which is responsible for driving, standardizing, optimizing, and automating global marketing budget processes to enhance business efficiency and maximize ROI.
As FP&A Specialist, you will assist international marketing teams with forecasting, budgeting, purchasing, and spend tracking, ensuring adherence to global standards. You’ll coordinate with Marketing, Finance, and Procurement, resolve issues with budgeting tools, identify process improvements, and enhance cost transparency through clear reporting and analysis.

- financial audiences and collaborating across departments. Proficiency in troubleshooting, process optimization, and project management is also required to manage multiple tasks in a
- paced, international environment.
Key Accountabilities
Stakeholder Management: Participates proactively in marketing strategic discussions and negotiations. Supports stakeholders needs related to budget, while leading them through the processes.
Budget Management: Supports regional marketing teams (country level) with budget management and cost control, including forecasting, allocation, planning, PO creation and vendor management, ensuring financial reconciliation and adherence with defined guidelines and processes.
Troubleshooting & Support: Acts as the first point of contact for marketing stakeholders, providing timely and effective
- line support for incident resolution, especially related to budgeting tools (MRM and MPM), to maintain operational efficiency.
Regional Liaison: Proactively liaises Marketing Heads, Marketing Teams, Finance and Procurement on budget/cost related topics to ensure business continuity, anticipate and resolve operational issues.
Reporting and Analytics: Generates and presents comprehensive reports and dashboards on budget performance to senior management, deriving actionable insights to inform
- making and optimize budget performance and efficiency.
Process Optimization: Proactively identifies bottlenecks and inefficiencies in budget processes and collaborates with the Process Engineering team to implement solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance stakeholder satisfaction.
Desired Experience & Knowledge
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or related field (advanced degree is a plus)
3+ years of experience in budget management, financial planning, ideally within a marketing or commercial environment
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships with a consistent focus on stakeholder needs
Solid understanding of financial accounting principles and budgeting processes, including forecasting, allocation, planning, spend tracking, and cost recovery.
Proven experience with budget and financial reporting and analysis
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Power
Point, Word and Share
Point)
Excellent / fluent verbal & written communication skills (English)
