Job description
As part of Mantu’s growth, the finance team is seeking a Financial Planning & Analyst (FP&A) Manager. This role is pivotal in shaping financial strategy and driving performance management across the organization. Reporting to the FP&A Head‑of, the FP&A Manager will structure and lead the financial planning process, support operational teams in optimizing business performance, and act as a strategic partner to senior management by providing actionable insights for decision‑making.
Your missions
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CFO and FP&A Head‑of, providing strategic financial insights and decision support
- Lead and coach the FP&A team, fostering a high‑performance culture
- Align financial planning processes with business objectives, ensuring strategic coherence
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, offering clear and actionable insights
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to ensure data‑driven decision‑making
- Analyze business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and drive corrective actions
- Develop and refine reporting tools to improve data visualization and financial storytelling
- Translate financial insights into strategic recommendations for non‑financial stakeholders
- Work closely with data and finance teams to optimize reporting tools and automate key processes
- Support major transformation initiatives by ensuring financial alignment with company strategy
- Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, leveraging digital tools for efficiency gains
- Collaborate with IT and other business functions to enhance financial reporting capabilities
- Partner with other finance teams across different locations to maintain consistency in reporting and compliance
Your profile
- Academic background: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience: Between 2 and 4 years of relevant experience after graduation in FP&A, financial management, financial audit, or a similar role
- English language: Fluency in English; French is a plus
- Tools / software: Strong Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI is an advantage
- AI/Open
AI experience: Experience with generative AI such as Open
AI tools for improving day‑to‑day productivity is a plus - Soft skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to make financial data accessible to diverse stakeholders; analytical mindset with a proactive and problem‑solving approach; ability to work with multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced setting; ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and drive financial improvements; strong leadership and interpersonal skills for the management of the FP&A team
