Who are we looking for?
- Degree in Management, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business Analytics or similar
- 1‑3 years of validated experience in analytical functions
- Business Development and Planning experience is a strong plus
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Good communication skills: strong ability to communicate complex scenarios in a simple way
- Strong conceptual thinking and system‑driven approach
- Customer satisfaction mindset: quality and timeliness of delivery; advanced level of English spoken and written
- Able to support management decision‑making via running various revenue planning scenarios. Continuously identify, evaluate, and communicate to management various emerging volume and profit opportunities
- Contribute to the budgeting process (RF; OB) so that all the necessary financial plans are duly prepared, communicated and approved. Ensure that the reporting process is timely and accurately maintained and compliant with PMI instructions and guidelines as well as local legislation requirements.
How can you make history with us?
- You will be the first point of contact for the Market counterparts to integrate market business strategies into Operating Income simulations and scenarios (Price, Excise Tax, Share of Market, Consumer Acquisition and Volume) for decision‑making.
- As Power User of the Operating Income forecasting tool, you will deliver high‑quality estimates.
- You will provide markets services, based on a Service Level Agreement, with timely input and analysis delivery.
- You will take initiative and participate in the process of continuous improvement, in collaboration with the System Governance team and Markets. For this purpose, you will work closely with both internal and external partners supporting PMI affiliates with new analytics solutions while contributing innovative ideas and working collaboratively with the entire organization.
