Job Description:

Team presentation and main goal:

The Performance team is responsible for monitoring financial performance and critical KPIs, coordinating Budget and Business Reviews, reporting, supporting business managers, invoicing, ad hoc analysis, and ensuring audit and compliance requests are addressed.

Main tasks and goals:

• Analyze P&L costs, request adjustments, and compare actuals with budgets.
• Maintain an overview of organizational structure across Portugal and other geographies.
• Manage invoicing and
  - up with customers.
• Support budgeting and business review processes.
• Gather details on P&L, invoicing, or headcount requests.
• Follow-up on headcount, FTE, and mandays between forecasts and actuals.
• Ensure audit and quality control for P&L impacts, master data, accounting, and procurement.
• Promote process improvement and documentation.
• Prepare detailed reports, utilizing SAP for invoicing.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis and prepare presentations.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Economics, Management, or Finance.
• Minimum 3 years' experience with P&L structure, costs, and cost centers.
• Advanced Excel skills (mandatory); SAP 4H knowledge preferred.
• Proficiency in English; French is a plus.
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
