Financial Planning And Analysis Manager
The FP&A Center of Excellence (COE) Manager is responsible for providing support to the business finance teams and other business functions (including brand Leads) and leaders within the areas of management reporting, financial planning, and financial analysis. Responsibilities include overall leadership (planning, reporting, analytics, etc. ) for the FP&A Center of Excellence. The Co
E will also act as both a visionary and a source of execution for the global transformation of the FP&A Center of Excellence whilst working very closely with the regional finance business partnering function.
Core Responsibilities
- Acts as a critical point of contact for regional finance and business leaders and is responsible for fostering a robust business partnering relationship.
- Innovates in business analytics to identify and execute new models that can deliver accurate business insights. Constantly identifies new ways to align data with business knowledge and deliver new value.
- Provide
- hoc FP&A support to regional country & global finance and business leaders. - Work closely with the Finance Business Partners and the Regional Finance Heads in implementing improvement and standardization initiatives within the FP&A area.
- Ensure synergies and
- functional collaboration between Regional Accounting/ Controllership Team and processes managed by the regional GBS. - Develop a solid understanding of group’s business model and industry to use this knowledge to provide an independent perspective.
- Ensure the FP&A function has actionable management reporting to drive a deep understanding of financial and operational performance, including using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Actively identifies ways to eliminate
- value work and delegate repeatable tasks whilst leveraging automation whenever possible. - Optimizes the data and systems that provide the foundation for all relevant activities. Works
- functionally to help improve FP&A deliverables. - Leverages financial expertise and robust business acumen to provide comprehensive decision support. Actively contributes to the creation of strategic and tactical plans.
Academic Background
- Business School or Finance Degree, Chartered, Management, Certified Accountant or equivalent, or MBA
Other Skills
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in operational finance/accounting;
10 years of FP&A experience - English:
