We are looking for a Financial Reporting Controller
Main Skills
- Ensure that the French, IFRS, and Solvency II France packages are produced and delivered to the Corporate Department within the fixed deadlines and in accordance with applicable regulations and standards.
- Produce the quarterly IFRS packages prepared by the France Accounting team, including controls and consistency checks, and harmonization restatements.
- Guarantee strict adherence to reporting deadlines and seek improvements where possible.
- Perform analysis reviews to understand and monitor the entities’ status, situation, and perspectives.
- Contribute to review and quality control processes for IFRS GAAP on a quarterly basis.
- Ensure regular reporting and communication of tasks and activities to the team and manager.
- Document all work according to the requirements of permanent control.
Technical Skills
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting.
- Experience in Insurance Accounting is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and tax rules, especially IFRS standards.
- Good understanding of Insurance business, accounting, and regulation; knowledge of Banking industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in French and English.
