Financial Security Expert
Overview
The Financial Security Expert’s mission is to represent CIB Compliance on all relevant GFS governance with regards to Sanctions, KYC and AML.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain appropriate KPI reports in coordination with Charles Roux’s teams
- Prepare and/or source training decks to be used for Hubs analysts and Compliance BL upon request
- Policies and procedures squad for transversal activities
- Handle transversal FS issues for EMEA and in consultation with Regional FS Teams as appropriate
- Prepare and organize a monthly CIB FS call with FS Domain Regional Teams
- Prepare and organize an operation forum with Hubs covering all FS nearshored activities for EMEA and in consultation with hubs delivering services for other Regional teams
Profile and Skills to Success
- Master’s degree in Law / Compliance / Business Management or related
- Experience in AML / Sanctions / KYC or similar
- Advanced level of English, both written and oral
- Analytical ability
- Communication skills, both written and oral
- Creativity and innovation / problem solving
