Our consulting team supports the enhancement of business performance through the efficiency and effectiveness of key business operations. Leveraging deep expertise in finance, technology, risk management/compliance, information systems, operations, and human resources, we help clients identify and implement
- saving initiatives, improve management and control systems, identify and manage risk, and ensure quality, among many other crucial aspects of business.

Your Responsibilities

• Support project teams in delivering client solutions by assisting with tasks such as issue analysis, data gathering, and implementation support;
• Contribute to project organization and planning, including tracking progress and preparing status updates;
• Participate in current state assessments, help develop business cases, and support the redesign of operating models and change initiatives;
• Collaborate effectively with clients and internal team members to foster a productive and communicative working environment;
• Work under the guidance of more experienced consultants, contributing to specific workstreams and learning consulting methodologies;
• Assist in the preparation of business development materials, including research, proposal drafting, and presentation support.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Business Engineering related discipline from a reputable University, with strong skills and experience in financial services. CFA is an advantage;
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, ideally in Management / Risk Consulting or Audit financial service industry experience;
• Strong storyboarding, business case development, analytical and problem solving skills;
• Demonstrate an understanding of banking industry, products and regulations;
• A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of ethics, confidentiality, and objectivity.
