Accounting to Report (At
R)team plays a critical role in delivering standardized, efficient, and controlled financial processes. Whether you're joining as an
Associate, Specialist, or
Senior Specialist, you will help build strong governance, foster global relationships, and support the implementation of our global ERP platform, SAP S/4HANA.

Source to Settle (St
S)operations, depending on your background and interests.

You’ll join a team of over 40 finance professionals delivering

R processes and collaborating daily with our global BPO partners. Together, we support Organon’s operations across
EMEA, Americas, and APAC, ensuring
- quality service delivery and continuous improvement.

Position Responsibilities:

• Deliver services in accordance with agreed Service Level, Controls andGovernance.
• Maintain professional and detailedprocess documentationsuch as global SOPs, Regional Work Instructions etc incoordinationwith the Global Process Owner.
• Solid financial background with experience in accounting processes valued
• Globalshared servicesknowledge is a plus
• Participates in internal and external audit and special projects
• Mentoring junior profiles within the team
• Independency to manage the workload and deadlines

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree inBusiness Administration, Finance, Accountingor other related to At
  R, Ot
  C orSt
  S
• Different years of work experience inFinance, according to seniority level (0+ years)
• Experience in F&A (finance and accounting)shared services centerenvironments preferred
• Good knowledge ofaccounting standardsUS GAAPand company policies
• Goodproject management skillsincluding the ability to coordinate and implement complex
  - functional activities
• Experience usingSAP R/3 or SAP S/4 HANApreferred
• Demonstrated strong math, query, analytical, and systems skills with demonstrated experience indata management, MS Office including Power BI
