Established in January 2015, Pw
C's Financial Services Risk & Regulation (FSRR) Department focuses on risk and regulation topics, supporting national financial institutions within the European Network. The department covers areas such as strategic risk management, governance, internal organization, management frameworks, advanced risk quantification models (credit, interest rate, liquidity, ESG, etc. ), business innovation, transformation, and banking recovery and resolution plans.

Our team comprises professionals with extensive experience in banking, capital markets, supervision, environmental engineering, and the implementation of advanced risk management solutions, leveraging international best practices.

The department is organized into four thematic areas with
- functional collaboration:

• Risk Modelling, Data & Analytics
• Credit Risk Transformation
• Compliance, Reg
  Tech & Web3
• Risk Management Solutions

This team specializes in compliance analysis (gap analysis), legislative package implementation (MIFID II/MIFIR, IDD, MAD II/MAR, DORA, AIFMD/UCITS), and in defining and reviewing
- financial risk management systems, as well as assessing, transforming, and implementing compliance functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Law, Management, Finance, Economics, or Mathematics
• Up to 2 years of professional experience
• Analytical skills to understand and analyze complex business problems, with a desire for continuous learning
• Motivation, commitment, proactivity, and availability to work in a dynamic environment guided by client needs
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel and Power
  Point)
• Fluent in Portuguese (mandatory)
• Strong command of English (spoken and written)
• Good communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
