- site career opportunity in a dynamic European hub? We are currently seeking two German-speaking Financial Specialists to join our Order-to-Cash team in Porto, Portugal. This is a critical,

- remote role, where your daily presence is required in our modern office facilities to support the financial operations of a global medical devices project. We are actively looking for candidates who are prepared to relocate to Porto, and we provide a comprehensive relocation support package to facilitate your move.

The Opportunity (2 Positions Open)

You will be integral to the smooth functioning of the entire Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle. This
- impact position involves detailed transaction processing, focusing on key financial duties such as order entry, accurate billing, proactive collections

- office, ensuring seamless team collaboration. The work schedule is 24/7, though the exact rotation is not specified. The contract includes a 90-day trial period and health insurance coverage starting from day one of employment.

Relocation and Travel to Porto

We are committed to making your move to Portugal as smooth as possible. Relocation assistance is provided for candidates coming from abroad. The standard relocation package includes a shared housing solution (accommodation) in Porto. Furthermore, for candidates relocating from outside Portugal, we offer airfare reimbursement (up to 400 in economy class) at the end of the 6th month of the contract. Please note that for all hires effective from the 1st of December onwards, flight ticket reimbursement will no longer be provided upon arrival. Client will, however, continue to offer accommodation to relocating candidates.

What You Will Do

- Financial Processing: Accurately manage and process high volumes of financial transactions related to the O2C cycle, including billing and invoicing.

- Collections: Execute effective collections strategies and perform debt
- up to ensure timely payment resolution.

- Account Reconciliation: Perform regular account reconciliations to maintain financial record accuracy and integrity.

- In-Office Collaboration: Actively participate in team collaboration and training sessions within the structured office environment in Porto.

What You Need to Succeed

- Language Fluency: Native or
- native proficiency in German (C2) is mandatory.

- Experience: Proven experience (1+ years) in finance operations, collections, or order management is highly preferred.
