About The Job
- The Financial Systems Analyst's mission is to improve the quality and accuracy of financial statements by performing dedicated preliminary functional and technical analysis of financial data.
- Additionally, the role involves analyzing root causes, supporting users, and monitoring corrective actions with Finance, IT, and Business stakeholders.
Your Main Activities
- Perform controls in financial systems to ensure data alignment, accuracy, and coherence.
- Analyze misalignments, impacts, and root causes.
- Communicate issues to relevant stakeholders based on issue typology.
- Support and monitor resolution of inconsistencies with stakeholders.
- Create and present KPIs and dashboards to provide visibility on performance and activities.
- Contribute to financial control and explanation of accounting information.
- Share knowledge, train, and coach others based on experience.
Profile And Skills To Success
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Accounting, Finance, and Data Analytics.
- Knowledge of financial and performance analysis.
- Understanding of Business and IT relationships.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Power
Point). - Proficient in SAP Business
Objects. - Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Good communication skills.
- Team player with collaborative skills.
- Ability to understand, explain, and support change.
- Creativity, innovation,
- solving, client focus, and analytical skills.
