Your future project: join our Finnish Customer Support team.

As a customer service specialist in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:

1. Support customers by answering their questions regarding products and services via phone and email
2. Offer solutions for customer demands by identifying and troubleshooting with available resources
3. Build meaningful relationships, answering customer questions in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
4. Meet and exceed service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets
5. Create an exceptional experience that customers value and that we are proud of
6. Follow management instructions and provide feedback

To succeed in this role, you will need:

1. Native or proficient level of Finnish (C2)
2. Advanced level of English (at least C1), both verbal and written
3. Excellent communication skills, including phone conversation skills, attentive listening, and superior writing skills
4. Analytical and
   - solving skills with strong attention to detail
5. A desire to learn, grow, and investigate solutions
6. High-speed internet access and suitable conditions for remote work
7. Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
8. Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to sunny Lisbon, Portugal
