Finnish Speaking Customer Service Advisor | Move to Portugal

We are looking for motivated fluent Finnish speakers to join a friendly and supportive team representing one of the biggest multinational technology companies that specializes in Internet-related services and products, including online advertising technologies, a search engine, cloud computing, software, and hardware in Lisbon, Portugal. Responsibilities:

• Being the first point of contact for customers and addressing their queries via phone and/or email.
• Identifying customer needs.

Eligibility criteria:

• Hold a European passport or identity card.
• Native Finnish speaker with C2 level (spoken and written).
• Training will be provided in English; a minimum B2 level in English is required.
• Ability to multitask, speaking to clients/prospects via phone and email.
