Were urgently hiring Finnish-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join a dynamic and international team based in beautiful Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support via email, chat, or phone. Whether it's helping with orders, resolving issues, or answering questionsyoull be the voice of a

What Youll Do:

• Deliver
  - tier customer service in Finnish (spoken and written)
• Support customers via phone, email, and live chat
• Troubleshoot problems and guide customers with accurate solutions
• Work collaboratively with international teams
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism

Requirements:

• Fluent in Finnish (C2 level)
• Good command of English (B2 or above)
• EU Citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
• Excellent communication and
