Mercier Consultancy is seeking a
- oriented Finnish Speaking Quality Analyst to join our team for a role focused on Content & Ad Review. In this position, you will be responsible for reviewing online content and advertisements to ensure they comply with our quality standards and guidelines. Your keen analytical skills will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our services and enhancing the user experience. If you are fluent in Finnish and passionate about quality assurance, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Review and assess online content and advertisements for adherence to quality guidelines and community standards
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the overall quality and relevance of the reviewed materials
• Monitor trends in content quality and identify areas that require improvement or compliance issues
• Collaborate with team members and management to refine the review processes and standards
• Document findings accurately and prepare detailed reports on content evaluations
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on content standards and review procedures
• Propose recommendations for enhancing content quality and user engagement
  
  

• Fluency in Finnish and English with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience in content review or quality assurance is an advantage but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining
  - quality standards
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and provide constructive feedback
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with content management systems
• An interest in digital content, advertising, and online community standards
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and readiness to tackle new challenges
