Ops and Governance Team Lead (m/f/d) at Siemens Healthineers
The Team Lead will drive financial excellence in hybrid cloud environments, establish governance frameworks, and partner cross‑functionally to ensure value realization from cloud investments.
Task and Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high‑performing team focused on cloud Fin
Ops, governance, and data management capabilities. - Own the Cloud Fin
Ops strategy, including cost optimization, budgeting, forecasting, and chargeback/showback processes. - Establish and enforce cloud governance frameworks to ensure compliance, security, and efficient cloud usage.
- Collaborate with engineering, finance, procurement, and data teams to align financial and operational goals.
- Define and deliver the Data Management Product roadmap to enable high‑quality, trusted, and accessible data across the organization.
- Drive the development of tools, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms for real‑time visibility into cloud spend and operational data.
- Promote data‑driven decision‑making by enabling and governing metadata, data lineage, and data quality standards.
- Act as a thought leader on cloud financial accountability and data product innovation, bringing best practices and market trends into the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in cloud financial operations, cloud governance, or cloud architecture roles.
- Proven experience leading teams in a technical or cross‑functional domain.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, optional: GCP) and their cost structures.
- Strong knowledge of Fin
Ops principles and cloud governance frameworks. - Experience with cloud cost management tools (e. g. , Cloud
Health, Apptio, Azure Cost Management). - Experience designing and operating data products or data platforms (e. g. , data lakes, catalogs, governance tools).
- Relevant certifications (e. g. , Fin
Ops Certified Practitioner, AWS Cloud Practitioner) are a plus.
