We are now looking for a First Line Production Support willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team.

*For this position you need to have residency in Portugal (Oporto).

Are you the one?

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in production support or similar technical roles.
• Solid technical background – more than standard helpdesk experience.
• Strong knowledge of servers and ability to perform technical analysis (even without scripting).
• Experience with ticketing systems (Service
  Now preferred) .
• Ability to manage on-call responsibilities and incident escalation.
• Skills in problem-solving, analysis, and proposing workarounds .
• Strong communication skills , teamwork , autonomy, and adaptability in managing critical applications .
