The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Fixed Assets - Advisory & Valuations team in Lisbon. EY has a leading real estate practice addressing complex issues in fixed assets management, offering opportunities for career development through diverse projects, mentoring, and training. We aim to develop leaders committed to building a better working world for our stakeholders and communities.

Your key responsibilities

• Support the Fixed Assets team in strategic and operational activities
• Conduct physical inspections, assets inventory, valuations, and useful life analysis
• Perform assets valuation in industrial plants or utilities companies
• Prepare commercial presentations and support report drafting
• Advise on maintenance plans and optimization
• Support digital tools for data collection and analysis
• Collaborate across teams to ensure service delivery and
  - team support

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in internal and external forums
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
• Proactive, supportive, respectful, and able to work under pressure
• Advanced report writing, analysis, and
  - solving skills
• Fluency in business English and Portuguese (verbal and written)
• Excellent presentation skills

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Business Management, Economics, or similar
• 3-6 years of experience in fixed assets management, valuation, maintenance planning, data intelligence, or IT systems
• Proficiency in Power
  Point and Excel
• Proven ability to solve complex problems
• ASA certification is a plus
• Fluency in Portuguese and English
