YOUR ROLE

• Support the Fixed Access Operations and Support team in ensuring seamless network evolution and service activation.
• Contribute to maintaining
  - quality connectivity for customers through efficient migrations, service provisioning, and operational excellence.
• Execute migrations from MA5600 to MA5800 platforms while guaranteeing service continuity.
• Activate and configure XGSPON services according to technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to fixed access equipment.
• Perform
  - migration testing and validation to ensure network stability.
• Collaborate with internal teams for planning and execution of critical activities.
• Follow hybrid work practices and operational procedures.

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
• Minimum of 2 years in telecommunications or IT.
• Knowledge of GPON/XGSPON networks.
• Experience with Huawei MA5600/MA5800 equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in access networks.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools.
• Daytime work with occasional nighttime shifts (up to 2 nights per week to minimize customer impact)
