Fixing and MTN - Trade Support Lisboa

Your Main Activities

• Monitor daily fixing of OTC rates derivatives for capital market operations
• Control the daily update of market rates on behalf of Front Officers using official rates published by Reuters, Bloomberg and Central banks
• Participate in the creation of new rates in collaboration with Front Officers and IT teams
• Create Excel spreadsheets for the calculation of exotic rates (inflation, power dual, ratchet, range accrual, etc. )
• Solve interest discrepancies before payment date and participate in the investigation of payment incidents
• Monitor and reprocess fixing advices when necessary

Profile and Skills To Success

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Business Management
• Up to 2 years of experience in Banking and Financial Operations
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in Financial Software Murex
• Knowledge of Middle Office Operations and Interest Rates
• Critical thinking, attention to detail and ability to collaborate
