We’re looking for a Data Tester with solid expertise in Python to join a project in the Capital Markets domain. The role focuses on validating FIXML transactions and ensuring accuracy in trade and
- trade processes.

What you’ll do:

• Validate FIXML messages and data flows between trading and clearing systems;
• Develop and execute automated/manual test cases with Python;
• Parse and analyze XML/FIXML payloads using Python libraries;
• Reconcile trade data, investigate mismatches, and support remediation;
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and business teams to ensure data integrity.

What we’re looking for:

• Expert-level Python skills (XML/data manipulation libraries).
• Experience with FIXML/FIX protocol in a Capital Markets environment.
• Knowledge of trade lifecycle, clearing & settlement.
• Experience writing automated tests (pytest/unittest) and SQL validation.
• Strong analytical skills and communication abilities.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or similar.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with XML schemas, XSLT, mapping tools.
• Knowledge of clearing/settlement systems (e. g. , DTCC).
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, JIRA/Test
  Rail.
• Background in regulated environments (Mi
  FID II, Dodd-Frank).
