THE ROLE

As a Regional Fleet Operations Analyst, you will execute regional processes and manage local depots. Your focus will be on daily operations to improve fleet availability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

You will own
-
- end processes related to vehicle management, supplier procurement, stock management, and logistics, ensuring procedures are followed to provide
- quality fleet services.

Reporting to the Central Europe Regional Operations Director, you will coordinate with regional colleagues and local teams to impact results positively.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

• Contributing to the evolution of asset management procedures and their regional application;
• Maximizing fleet availability through effective vehicle
  - fleeting, intervention, and
  - fleeting procedures;
• Ensuring the local structure stocks all necessary inventory and purchasing spare parts as needed;
• Supporting vehicle interventions and maintenance in your region;
• Coordinating fleet movements with logistics partners;
• Managing relationships with workshops and fleet partners;
• Controlling vehicle operating costs in your region;
• Contributing to regional expansion projects.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Background in Transport Management, Mechanics, Engineering, or similar;
• Proactive with
  - taking skills, experience in fleet management or logistics is a plus;
• Organized and analytical, capable of managing multiple tasks and
  - driven
  - making;
• Detail-oriented, following procedures precisely;
• Team-oriented, collaborative, and communicative;
• Adaptable and resilient, capable of handling unforeseen events;
