The Role

Regional Fleet Operations Analyst

You will focus on executing regional processes and managing a set of our local depots. You will be focused on daily operations to drive operational results on fleet availability, customer satisfaction driven by the quality of the fleet, and the operational efficiency of operating those assets. You will own the

- end processes related to those objectives, spanning vehicle management, supplier procurement and management of the relationship, stock management, contact with local operations and logistics, ensuring that procedures are followed to service a
- quality fleet for our customers. Reporting directly to the Central Europe Regional Operations Director, you will coordinate with regional colleagues and local operations to impact results.

What you will work on

• Understand and contribute to the evolution of asset management procedures designed by central teams and apply them to your region.
• Maximise fleet availability through effective
  - fleeting, intervention management, and
  - fleeting procedures.
• Ensure the local structure is stocked with required inventory and purchase spare parts as needed.
• Be knowledgeable about the vehicles we operate and assist local operations with required interventions.
• Coordinate actions between local teams and logistics companies to move the fleet as required.
• Develop our fleet network by procuring, negotiating, and managing relationships with workshops and fleet partners.
• Own the vehicle operating costs for your region and contribute to expansion projects.

Who we are looking for

• Background in Transports Management, Mechanics, Engineering or similar fields.
• Action-oriented with initiative to address operational needs and ensure smooth workflows.
• Experience in central coordination of fleet management, logistics, or similar is a plus.
• Organised and analytical; able to use data to drive actions and manage multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and adherence to detailed procedures with precision in execution.
• Team player who collaborates with team members and local teams to meet objectives.
• Adaptable and resilient, able to adjust to unforeseen events while following procedures to achieve results.
• Good communicator with clear communication skills to coordinate with team members and external partners.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; fluency in German or Italian is a plus.
