THE ROLE

As a Regional Fleet Operations Analyst, you will execute regional processes and manage local depots. Your focus will be on daily operations to improve fleet availability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

You will own
-
- end processes related to vehicle management, supplier relations, stock management, and logistics, ensuring procedures are followed to maintain a
- quality fleet for customers.

Reporting to the Central Europe Regional Operations Director, you will coordinate with regional colleagues and local teams to impact results positively.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

• Contribute to the development of asset management procedures applicable to your region;
  
  
  
  
• Maximize fleet availability through effective vehicle
  - fleeting, intervention, and
  - fleeting procedures;
  
  
  
  
• Ensure local stock levels meet operational needs and purchase spare parts as required;
  
  
  
  
• Assist local operations with vehicle interventions and maintenance;
  
  
  
  
• Coordinate fleet movements with logistics partners;
  
  
  
  
• Develop our fleet network by managing relationships with workshops and partners;
  
  
  
  
• Manage vehicle operating costs within your region;
  
  
  
  
• Support regional expansion projects.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Background in Transport Management, Mechanics, Engineering, or similar;

  - taking skills, experience in fleet management or logistics is a plus;
