THE ROLE

As a Regional Fleet Operations Analyst, you will manage regional processes and oversee local depots. Your focus will be on daily operations to improve fleet availability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

You will be responsible for
-
- end processes, including vehicle management, supplier relations, stock control, and logistics, ensuring
- quality service delivery.

Reporting to the Central Europe Regional Operations Director, you will collaborate with regional and local teams to achieve results.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

• Contribute to the development of asset management procedures applicable to your region;
• Maximize fleet availability through effective vehicle
  - fleeting, intervention, and
  - fleeting processes;
• Ensure local stock levels meet operational needs and manage spare parts procurement;
• Assist local operations with vehicle interventions;
• Coordinate fleet movements with logistics partners;
• Manage relationships with workshops and fleet partners;
• Control vehicle operating costs in your region;
• Support regional expansion projects.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Background in Transport Management, Mechanics, Engineering, or related fields;
• Proactive with strong
  - taking skills; experience in fleet logistics is a plus;
• Organized and analytical, comfortable working with data and managing multiple tasks;
• Detail-oriented, following procedures precisely;
• Team-oriented, collaborative, and committed to shared goals;
• Adaptable and resilient, able to handle unforeseen challenges;
• Effective communicator, able to coordinate with team members and partners.
