YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You control invoices related to transportation and vehicle registration
• You manage administrative tasks associated with our vehicles
• You handle
  - related documents, including registration folders, insurance papers, and key duplicates
• You enter data for new vehicle deliveries into the internal system
• You implement and monitor billing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement
• You ensure accurate and timely processing of all
  - related documentation
  
  

Your Skills Matter

• Experience You have a solid background in fleet management and administrative tasks
• Tools/Systems Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Organizational Skills Strong ability to manage documentation and vehicle logistics processes
• Attention to Detail Accuracy in invoice control and data entry, minimizing errors
• Soft Skills You bring excellent communication and a keen eye for detail
• Languages Fluency in both English & French is mandatory
