THE ROLE

As a Fleet Operations Analyst in our West Europe regional operations team, you will execute regional processes and manage local depots and teams. Your focus will be on daily operations to improve fleet availability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

You will own
-
- end processes related to vehicle management, supplier procurement, stock management, and logistics, ensuring adherence to procedures for
- quality fleet servicing.

Reporting to the West Europe Regional Operations Director, your actions will directly impact operational results and require coordination with team members and local operations.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

• Contributing to
  - management procedures and their regional application;
• Maximizing fleet availability through effective vehicle
  - fleeting, intervention, and
  - fleeting procedures;
• Managing inventory and procurement of spare parts;
• Supporting vehicle interventions and maintenance;
• Coordinating fleet movements with logistics partners;
• Developing relationships with workshops and fleet partners;
• Managing vehicle operating costs;
• Contributing to regional expansion projects.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Background in Transport Management, Mechanics, Engineering, or similar;
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience;
• Proactive with strong
  - taking skills;
• Organized and analytical,
  - driven
  - making;
• Detail-oriented with procedural accuracy;
• Team player willing to collaborate;
• Adaptable and resilient to unforeseen events;
• Effective communicator in English; Spanish or French is a plus.
