THE ROLE
As a Fleet Operations Trainee for Central Europe, you will execute regional processes and manage local depots, focusing on daily operations to improve fleet availability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
You will own
-
- end processes related to vehicle management, procurement, stock management, and logistics, ensuring procedures are followed to provide
- quality fleet services.
Reporting to the Regional Operations Director, you will coordinate with regional and local teams to impact results positively.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- Contribute to the evolution of asset management procedures and their regional applicability;
- Maximize fleet availability through efficient vehicle
- fleeting, intervention, and
- fleeting procedures; - Ensure local stock levels meet operational needs and manage spare parts procurement;
- Assist with vehicle interventions and maintenance in your region;
- Coordinate fleet movements with logistics partners;
- Develop fleet network relationships with workshops and partners;
- Manage vehicle operating costs within your region;
- Support regional expansion projects.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Background in Transport Management, Mechanics, Engineering, or similar;
- Proactive, with experience in fleet management or logistics preferred;
- Organized and analytical,
- driven
- maker; - Detail-oriented, following procedures precisely;
- Team player, collaborative and communicative;
- Adaptable and resilient in dynamic situations;
- Excellent communication skills for coordination with teams and partners.
