Fleet Service Operations Specialist

Responsibilities
Own and monitor global workshop KPIs, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
Design and implement workshop layouts, operational standards, and functional requirements to support scalability and efficiency.
Translate operational needs into clear technical processes that optimize workflow, repair prioritization, and overall efficiency.
Build, document, and standardize repair workflows across the full repair cycle.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing quality, reducing repair lead times, and improving operational efficiency.
Collaborate closely with local teams and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure consistency and effective execution across all markets.
Coordinate with the stock team to ensure the availability of essential materials and components, supporting timely repairs.
Key KPIs for the Role
Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): Feedback on repair quality and service delivered.
Profitability / Cost: Repairs completed within budget.
Operational Efficiency:
- Actual in‑house interventions vs. maximum capacity
- Interventions completed on time (IOT)
- Repair Turnaround Time (TAT)
- Workshop efficiency ratio: billable vs. non‑billable hours
Required Profile
Proven experience managing workshop operations, with a strong track record of performance optimization and operational excellence.
Expertise in KPI management, with the ability to identify and implement data‑driven improvements.
Strong process‑mapping and workflow‑optimization skills, with comfort using digital tools and systems.
Solid project management capabilities, able to manage multiple initiatives while ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders.
Passion for creating safe, efficient, and innovative workshop environments.
Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global, multilingual setting.
