Your Job

Your Tasks

1. Answer customer questions via phone, chat, email, and social media
2. Help with account setup, login issues, and verifications
3. Support with payments and account details
4. Solve technical problems and guide users through the platform
5. Be a helpful expert in the sports and gaming world
6. Respond quickly and kindly to all inquiries and complaints
7. Build trust with customers through friendly communication
8. Share ideas to improve how we work

What We’re Looking For

1. Proficiency in Flemish, both written and spoken
2. Good typing and computer skills (MS Office, etc. )
3. Quick learner with tech skills
4. Clear communicator who explains things simply
5. 6+ months of experience in customer service (same job)
6. Positive attitude and a team player
7. Willing to work rotating shifts
