Flemish Speaking Customer Support (Junior)
Responsibilities:
- Provide
- quality customer support to Flemish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat. - Address customer inquiries, concerns, and technical issues, ensuring a prompt resolution.
- Assist with troubleshooting and guiding clients through product features and services.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services.
- Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other teams to escalate complex issues and follow up with clients.
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent communication and
- solving skills.
Qualifications:
- Native or fluent Flemish speaker (C1/C2 level).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Flemish.
- Proven experience in customer support or a similar role (preferably in a technical or
- oriented environment). - Ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously in a
- paced environment. - Strong
- solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Good working knowledge of CRM systems and office software.
