Overview

A boutique floral shop in Porto is seeking a creative and skilled Floral Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing and creating beautiful arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, parties, and special events.

Key Responsibilities

1. Meet with clients to discuss their floral needs and preferences

2. Create unique and customized floral designs based on client requests

3. Source
- quality flowers and materials within budget

4. Arrange flowers in vases, bouquets, wreaths, and other decorative pieces

5. Ensure timely delivery of orders to clients

6. Maintain a clean and organized work area

7. Assist with general shop duties such as restocking inventory and managing supplies

8. Stay

- date with current trends in floral design

9. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new ideas

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role

2. Proficient knowledge of different types of flowers and their care requirements

3. Strong eye for design and attention to detail

4. Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction

5. Ability to work under pressure in a

7. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and long hours if needed
