- Excellent English and German skills (C1 for both spoken and written)- Experience in customer
- Background in banking or financial
- Analytical and research
- Strong attention to detail and reliability when handling sensitive or legal
- Positive and responsible
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)Will be a great
- Proficiency in using Zendesk and Jira
