What you will do
- Provide exceptional customer support via emails and calls
- Manage partner requests according to assigned tasks
- Handle account services, data updates, identification issues, and account closures
- Maintain clear and structured case documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution

What you need to succeed in this role
- Excellent English and German skills (C1 for both spoken and written)
- Experience in customer support
- Background in banking or financial services
- Analytical and research skills
- Strong attention to detail and reliability when handling sensitive or legal information
- Positive and responsible attitude
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
Will be a great plus
- Proficiency in using Zendesk and Jira
