Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain complex mobile systems using Flutter, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and efficient.
Provide guidance and support to junior developers, helping them grow and improve their skills while ensuring
- quality deliverables;
Develop and enforce coding standards for security, scalability, and maintainability, and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure consistency with design principles, system architecture, and best practices;
Explore and recommend new technologies to enhance the development process and system capabilities;
Independently solve complex technical challenges and deliver effective solutions;
Document the software design, architecture, and system components clearly;
Collaborate with other departments to ensure systems are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
You must have:
Academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)-
Proven experience as a Senior Mobile Developer with strong expertise in Flutter (minimum of 5 years);
Advanced knowledge of Get
X;
Expertise in unit and integration tests;
CI/CD knowledge;
Solid understanding of native Android and io
S platforms;
Channel knowledge for native integration;
Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, scalability, and security,
Strong skills in conducting code reviews and ensuring design consistency;
Experience with mobile development tools, and a passion for exploring new technologies;
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills;
Good communication skills in English (both speaking and writing);
Passion for supply chain and logistics is a plus.
Availability to go to the office, once or twice per month in Lisbon.
