For one our of international clients, we are currently looking for a Tech Lead - Flutter.

Details:

• Full-time
• Start: July 2025
• Hybrid: 3 days / week in the office in one of the locations: Braga, Coimbra or Lisbon
• Duration of the project: 5 months with possibility of prolongation

Project Description:

• Lead Flutter mobile app development across Android and i
  OS.
• Architect scalable, maintainable, and performant mobile solutions.
• Mentor and guide Flutter developers; conduct code reviews.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams.
• Ensure code quality, testing, and CI/CD integration.
• Stay updated with Flutter/Dart trends and best practices.
• Manage technical risks and project timelines.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in mobile development, 2+ years with Flutter.
• Strong knowledge of Dart, Flutter architecture, and state management.
• Experience with REST APIs, Firebase or AWS Amplify, and mobile security.
• Familiarity with native Android/i
  OS is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and
  - solving skills.
• English skills at B2 level
